MAU is hiring a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Project Manager for our client in Greenville, SC. As a PLM Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the PLM platform development, ensuring project execution and delivery while adhering to SQDC standards, optimizing resources, managing vendor risks, and providing clear communication and expert insights to drive successful outcomes. This is a long-term contract assignment.

Shift Information:
- Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
General Requirements:
- Project Management experience; PMP certification preferred
- Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies
- Proficiency in Agile Software Development methodologies
- Familiarity with Lean principles and tools for process optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional alignment
Essential Functions:
- Lead day-to-day activities of the PLM platform development project, ensuring effective execution and delivery
- Ensure adherence to SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) standards, maintaining project timelines and budgets
- Identify and resolve resource gaps to optimize project performance
- Prepare and deliver clear, consistent project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Prioritize and standardize development tasks and project processes across VBOs, Value Streams, and core platform requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for end users, including a robust hypercare framework for post-go-live support
- Mitigate vendor risks by monitoring progress, influencing deliverables, and reporting on vendor team contributions
- Provide expert insights on PLM implementation challenges, leveraging experience to navigate complexities and drive successful outcomes
